Léon Chaillot 樂農山悠手工風乾臘腸誕生於法國阿爾代什山區的中心地帶,是當地美食傳統中不可分割的一部分。 1870 年, 創辦人 Léon Chaillot 開始在阿爾代什山區經營養豬場,專注於生產該地區最著名的法式熟肉。 近一個世紀以來,Léon Chaillot 家族致力於提供高品質法式熟肉。 我們堅持傳統職人手工,秉持對這數百年美食遺產的深厚信念,拒絕過度工業化的生產模式,呈現歷久不衰的經典美味。

Born in the heart of Ardèche mountainous area, our artisanal dry-cured sausages factory is an integral part of Ardèche gastronomic heritage. In the 1870s, our great-grandfather Léon Chaillot started his pig farm in the mountains and produced the most renowned charcuterie in the region. For nearly a century, the Léon Chaillot family business has striven to offer you high quality products resulting from traditional and artisanal know-how. Turning our back on an overly industrial approach to charcuterie products, we are concerned with guaranteeing the authenticity of a centuries-old heritage.
