台灣酒研學院成立於2008年，致力於將國際酒類教育帶進台灣，讓品酒成為認識世界、豐富生活的入口。從初次接觸葡萄酒的愛好者，到希望精進專業的餐飲與酒業人士，都能在這裡找到適合自己的學習路徑。
Founded in 2008, Taiwan Wine Academy brings international wine education to Taiwan, opening a window onto the world through wine. We welcome curious beginners, dedicated enthusiasts, and hospitality and wine professionals seeking to deepen their expertise.
酒研提供從入門到 WSET® 葡萄酒第四級文憑的系統化學習，並開設清酒、烈酒、啤酒及侍酒服務課程。透過專業講師引導、比較品飲與實務練習，協助學員建立知識、感官判斷與品飲表達能力。
法國葡萄酒文化是酒研教學的重要一環。酒研的香檳課程在台灣自主設計，並結合波爾多葡萄酒學院授權課程、布根地專業系列、Le Nez du Vin 香氣訓練及產區遊學，帶領學員從杯中風味走入風土人文，探索葡萄酒與飲食、生活的連結。

Our structured learning pathways extend from introductory courses to the WSET® Level 4 Diploma in Wines, alongside programmes in sake, spirits, beer and sommelier service. Expert teaching, comparative tastings and practical exercises help students develop knowledge, sensory judgement and the confidence to describe what they taste.
French wine culture is an integral part of our teaching. Our Champagne courses were developed here in Taiwan, complementing courses authorised by the Bordeaux Wine School, our Burgundy specialist series, Le Nez du Vin aroma training and study visits to wine regions. From the classroom to the vineyards, we connect the flavours in the glass with the places, people and food traditions behind them.
